If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors specific to each business, and individual results vary. Any commitment we make regarding deliverables or results applies only if it is set out in a separate written services agreement signed by both parties.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed services agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
